About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Office Administrator / Accounts Assistant to join our growing team at Lefkonitziatis Dairy Products. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate looking to gain hands-on experience in office management and basic accounting within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors and calls
• Handle general office administration and daily coordination tasks
• Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
• Maintain filing systems and assist the Accounting Department as required.
• Support internal communication between departments
• Assist management with administrative and reporting tasks
• Coordinate office supplies and basic procurement

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles (single-entry bookkeeping)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills in Greek and English (both written and verbal)
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar administrative or junior accounting role is considered an advantage

The company currently has a workforce of 50 people. The people in the factory are split in production teams with the team of the halloumi cheese being the biggest, as it processes more than 80% of the total production of the company. 

The headquarters and factory of the company are located in Ayios Athanasios industrial area in Limassol. The location of the factory is ideal and allows easy access to it. Just in frond of the main entrance of the factory the company operates a small dairy shop and everyone is welcome to come see, taste and buy our products.

Following a family tradition of over half a century and combining it with the ideal conditions in the production lines allows us to produce high quality products aiming always at maximum customer satisfaction.
