Responsibilities :
Organizing office procedures - technicians coordination Welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, replying to correspondence Collecting payments and assisting with accounts if required Providing technical support if necessary (over the phone or via texts) Coordinating and managing appointments Stock control ( receiving packages, maintaining records of stock levels) REQUIREMENTS :
A relevant diploma or degree in business administration or a related field 2 or 3 years experience in office administration Fluency in Greek and English Proficient in a variety of computer software applications Multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
