About Us

We are a well established shipping, freight forwarding, customs clearing, and logistics company operating from our new, modern offices, dedicated to providing reliable and efficient transportation, customs clearance, and logistics solutions to our clients. We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our team.

 

The Role

As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and business partners, you will play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming environment while supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the company. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic shipping, clearing, and logistics business and work in a modern, professional office setting.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls and emails.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Maintain office filing systems, records, and databases.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate office supplies and general office administration.
  • Provide administrative support to management and operational teams.
  • Assist with shipping, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics-related administrative tasks as required.

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, customer service, or logistics-related role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Fluency in English and Greek; knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in the shipping, freight forwarding, customs clearing, or logistics industry will be considered an advantage.
