Office Manager
Job Description
On behalf of our client, a dynamic and growing travel agency specializing in tourism, cultural, and educational travel experiences for individuals and groups, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of the office, ensuring smooth workflows while supporting the planning and coordination of travel programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative processes.
- Support the coordination of group and individual travel programs.
- Organize travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodation, and transport.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Handle inquiries and provide information on travel services.
- Maintain accurate booking records and travel documentation.
- Liaise with hotels, airlines, educational institutions, and other partners.
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and general financial administration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or management.
- Experience in travel, tourism, or educational programs will be considered an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel/booking systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in coordinating group travel or educational programs.
- Knowledge of travel procedures, visas, and documentation.
