Office Operations & Executive Support Officer (Contract)
Job Description
Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, is seeking an organized and proactive Office Operations & Executive Support Officer to support the efficient day-to-day operation of a professional office environment in Nicosia.
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Country Lead and wider office team, ensuring smooth coordination of office activities, stakeholder communication, meetings, travel arrangements, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the Country Lead and office team, including document management, filing, data entry, and records administration.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, accommodation, and related logistics.
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials while maintaining confidentiality of records and office documentation.
Office Operations & Coordination
- Maintain a professional, organized, and efficient office environment, including office supplies, equipment, and visitor coordination.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, government authorities, and external stakeholders as required.
Events & Logistics Support
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, conferences, and business events, ensuring smooth logistical execution.
Financial & Administrative Support
- Support invoice processing, vendor administration, goods receipt coordination, and related financial follow-ups.
- Assist with administrative coordination for work permits and supporting documentation for international personnel.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative, office support, executive assistant, or coordination role.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and general office administration systems.
- Experience with invoice processing or payables administration will be considered an advantage.
What’s Offered
- Competitive salary package ranging between €26,000 – €30,000 gross per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
