Order Processing & Office Operations Coordinator
Job Description
SuperMeatMehadrin is a Limassol-based company specialising in the import, sale and distribution of frozen kosher meat products throughout Cyprus.
We are looking for a reliable, highly organised and proactive Order Processing & Office Operations Coordinator to manage the daily office and order-processing operation.
The role includes handling customer communication, processing orders, issuing invoices, collecting payments, monitoring stock and preparing orders for the delivery driver.
Main responsibilities:
• Answer customer calls, WhatsApp messages and enquiries
• Receive and process orders from WhatsApp and the WooCommerce website
• Communicate professionally with customers in Greek and English
• Enter and verify customer and order information
• Create invoices using the company’s custom invoicing software
• Record and collect customer payments
• Check orders carefully for correct products and quantities
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for the delivery driver
• Coordinate with the delivery driver and ensure orders are ready on time
• Monitor stock levels and carry out regular stock checks
• Report low-stock or unavailable products
• Briefly enter the freezer when necessary to collect products
• Keep the office, stock and order-preparation areas organised
• Manage each order from the initial customer enquiry until it is ready for delivery
Essential requirements:
• Excellent spoken and written English at a very high level
• Fluent spoken and written Greek
• Must reside in Limassol or the surrounding area
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Good computer skills
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, websites and office software
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage several tasks
• Physically able to handle packages and boxes weighing approximately 10 kg
• Comfortable entering a freezer briefly when required
• Legal right to live and work in Cyprus
Hebrew is a major advantage, as many of our customers are Hebrew-speaking.
Previous experience is not required. Full training will be provided.
Working days: Sunday to Friday
Working hours: 09:00–17:00
