PA & Office Administrator
Job Description
CHRYSOS OSH LTD is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented PA & Office Administrator to join our team in Strovolos, Nicosia.
This role offers a unique opportunity to receive training and gain practical experience in the Health & Safety sector. The successful candidate will support the daily administrative operations of the company, manage documentation, and progressively become involved in the preparation of specific Health & Safety documentation following appropriate training and instructions.
This position is ideal for someone who wishes to build a long-term career and develop professionally and has a genuine interest in receiving training and building a career in the Health & Safety sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide personal assistant and administrative support to management.
- Prepare, edit, organize, maintain, and manage electronic company documentation, reports, forms, records, and correspondence.
- Attend internal and external training courses relating to Health & Safety, ISO Management Systems, and other areas relevant to the Company's Services.
- Organize and attend client meetings for the presentation and delivery of company documentation.
Requirements
- Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and electronic systems.
- Willingness to learn.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and discretion.
- Cyprus Lyceum Leaving Certificate (Apolytirion) with an overall grade of 15/20 or above.
The Following Will Be Considered an Advantage
- Previous experience in an administrative, office administration, or personal assistant role.
- Previous exposure to the Health & Safety sector.
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Health & Safety, Eningeering, Business Administration or another related field.

- Salary of €1,100–€1,500, depending on qualifications and experience.
