We are growing and we are hiring! AERCAR LTD is an international car rental company in Cyprus. We are currently seeking Parking Agents to join our team in Larnaca (next to the airport). The parking agent will be responsible for collecting, inspecting the vehicle upon return and resolving any issues with the customer in a professional and orderly manner. 

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers
• Collect and inspect vehicles upon return from customers
• Assist customers with any queries on the basic functions and equipment of the vehicle
• Handle any customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner and communicate with the team
• Manage efficiently the flow of returned vehicles

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and friendliness to a diverse culture of customers.
• Problem solving skills, and able to respond to customer requests and provide appropriate solutions in a professional and friendly manner both in person via telephone and via email.
• Excellent communication in English both written and verbal. Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and exercise good judgment.
• Ability to work as a team
• Candidate must have a valid driving license, in both manual and automatic transmission (clean record)
