Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and energetic Part-Time Driver/Office Assistant with flexible hours to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and the efficient delivery of our services. If you enjoy being on the move, have a knack for logistics, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

 
 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Door-to-Door Deliveries: Safely and efficiently handle door-to-door deliveries of documents, packages, and promotional materials.

 

 • Transportation Duties: Provide car rides for the director and team members to meetings, events, and other office-related functions.

 

• Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks and event set up and dismantle.

 

• Errands: Manage various errands as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of our team.

 

 • Client Interaction: Represent our agency professionally when interacting with clients and external partners.

 

 

 Requirements:

 

• Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record.

 

• Excellent Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

 

• Strong Communication Skills: Friendly and professional demeanor.

 

• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

 

• Team Player: Positive attitude and a willingness to assist wherever needed.

 

• Working Days: Twice a week commitment only.
