Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Pastry Chef to join our team for two restaurant projects in Limassol, Cyprus, specializing in fine dining and Italian cuisine.

We are seeking a professional who can create unique, visually impressive desserts with complex shapes, textures, and interesting flavour combinations, while maintaining consistent quality during high-volume service.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in pastry and dessert creation, preferably in fine dining restaurants.
• Creativity and the ability to develop original dessert concepts.
• Excellent knowledge of modern pastry techniques, textures, and flavour combinations.
• Ability to create complex, visually striking desserts that can be consistently reproduced during restaurant service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants is a significant advantage.
• Russian language skills are a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement original dessert menus for both restaurant concepts.
• Create innovative desserts combining exceptional taste and presentation.
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and execution during service.
• Organize and manage pastry kitchen operations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
