Job Description

On behalf of our client, a well-established 5-star hotel in Paphos, DART Recruitment is looking for a Pastry Cook to join its professional culinary team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pastry professional who enjoys working in a high-standard hospitality environment and wants to further develop their career within a leading hotel operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with the production of high-quality desserts and pastry items
• Follow recipes, presentation standards and instructions provided by the Chef de Partie and Executive Chef
• Ensure consistency and quality across all pastry products
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic working area
• Check daily supplies for quality and freshness
• Support the proper use of ingredients and kitchen equipment
• Assist with stock control and waste reduction
• Participate in kitchen training and support junior team members when required
• Follow all food safety and hotel operational standards

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a 4★ or 5★ hotel
• Culinary Arts or hospitality-related qualification will be considered an advantage
• Good command of English
• Greek or additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Professional attitude and strong teamwork skills
