Job Description

Our Cyprus office is growing, and we are seeking a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join our Payroll Department as a Payroll Specialist. The successful candidate will focus on the delivery of external payroll services to the Group’s Clients.

Job description:

Process monthly payroll & payments to employees / authorities / clients.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to regulatory authorities.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
Coordinate with software provider to prepare specific reports at regular intervals according to client requests.
Monitoring the changes in legislative concerning the payroll.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or relevant accounting/ HR qualification
Fluent in English and Greek
Experience in working with international/multinational companies will be considered as an advantage
Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills
Years of experience in a related field: 1 to 3 years
