Job Description
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established provider of Corporate & Legal services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Personal Assistant, you will support Senior Management with a range of administrative tasks, including communicating with various public authorities, typing and formatting reports and documents, and scheduling appointments. Our client is seeking applicants who hold at least 1+ year of experience as a Personal Assistant, or other closely related role, with any prior experience working for either a Law Firm or Corporate Services Provider considered a plus. You will need to have outstanding administration and organisational skills, and be a confident user of MS Office applications. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assisting in day-to-day activities.
- Communication with various public authorities to obtain required information and conduct visits for the submission and processing of necessary documentation (e.g., Social Insurance Services, Civil Registry and Migration Department, postal services, etc.)
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports and documents.
- Entering data in the company’s system and keeping records.
- Liaising with internal departments, answering calls.
- Managing internal and external correspondence.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
- Managing courier services for documents.
- Observing best business practices and etiquette.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Approximately 1+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Any previous experience working in a Law Firm or Corporate Services Provider will be considered a plus, but not essential.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
- Confident with MS Office.
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality.
