Job Description
Ararat Signature Collection is seeking a professional, experienced, and highly reliable Personal Driver to provide dedicated transportation services to senior management.
This role requires discretion, precision, and a strong sense of responsibility. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and seamless transportation while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Job Description:
- Provide daily transportation for Director(s) to and from business and personal engagements
- Ensure punctual and efficient travel, adapting routes and schedules as required
- Maintain the vehicle in impeccable condition, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and readiness at all times
- Plan optimal routes, anticipating traffic conditions and potential delays
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents
- Assist with loading and unloading personal or professional items when required
- Ensure the vehicle is stocked with essential comfort items
- Coordinate routine maintenance and servicing to uphold vehicle performance
- Handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently
- Carry out occasional errands or personal tasks as requested
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends
Person Specification:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a personal or executive driver
- Experience driving luxury or high-end vehicles
- Excellent knowledge of local roads and traffic conditions
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and last-minute requests.
- Ability to drive for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry items when required
