Job Description

• Deliver high-quality piano and/or singing lessons to students of all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced.
• Plan and prepare engaging, structured lessons tailored to each student’s individual goals.
• Develop students’ musical technique, confidence, performance skills, and overall musical growth.
• Prepare students for concerts, examinations, competitions, and academy performances.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and inspiring learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with the academy team and participate in rehearsals, concerts, events, and meetings.
• Maintain accurate attendance and lesson records.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Fluency in English and Greek is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Demonstrate a genuine love and passion for music, teaching, and working with children.
• Be reliable, professional, well-organized, and committed to the academy’s high educational standards.
