About the Role:

Digipro Education Limited is seeking a creative, technically capable, and forward-thinking professional to join our team in the development of advanced educational applications, interactive learning experiences, and high-quality EdTech content.

This is a multidisciplinary role combining application development, educational technology, digital content creation, instructional design, and emerging technologies such as AI. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of digital educational products designed to engage learners, support educators, and deliver measurable learning outcomes.

You will work closely with our development, education, and product teams to transform educational concepts into interactive applications, digital learning resources, simulations, exercises, assessments, and innovative EdTech solutions.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology and education, is comfortable learning new tools and technologies, and can translate educational requirements into practical and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

EdTech Content Development

• Design and develop engaging digital educational content for different age groups, subjects, and learning objectives.
• Transform traditional educational material into interactive, multimedia, and technology-enhanced learning experiences.
• Create interactive exercises, quizzes, assessments, simulations, educational games, animations, and other digital learning activities.
• Work with educators and subject-matter experts to ensure that content is pedagogically sound, accurate, and aligned with defined learning objectives.
• Structure content according to appropriate instructional and learning-design principles.
• Develop content that encourages active learning, problem-solving, critical thinking, and learner engagement.
• Review, test, and continuously improve educational content based on learner and educator feedback.

AI and Emerging Educational Technologies

• Explore and implement appropriate AI-powered tools and technologies for educational applications and content development.
• Investigate how generative AI can be used responsibly to support content creation, personalization, assessment, tutoring, and learner engagement.
• Assist in developing AI-enhanced educational features such as intelligent feedback, content generation, adaptive learning activities, and personalized learning experiences.
• Evaluate emerging EdTech technologies and make recommendations regarding their potential use within our products.
• Maintain awareness of developments in AI, digital learning, educational platforms, and interactive technologies.

Collaboration & Product Development

• Work closely with developers, educators, instructional designers, designers, and product owners.
• Participate in requirements gathering, planning, prototyping, testing, and product improvement.
• Contribute ideas for new educational products, applications, and digital learning experiences.
• Collaborate with non-technical team members and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and quality-assurance processes.
• Help establish efficient workflows for the production of digital educational content and applications.

Technologies & Tools

Depending on the project, you may work with:

• AI & Generative AI: AI-assisted development and content-generation tools
• EdTech: Interactive learning platforms, digital assessment tools, multimedia content, learning-management technologies
• Content Creation: Interactive media, educational authoring tools, and digital-content production technologies

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Education Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in EdTech, digital content development, instructional technology, or a related field.
• Experience developing interactive applications or digital learning products is highly desirable.
• Strong interest in educational technology and digital learning.
• Ability to create or contribute to interactive educational content and learning experiences.
• Understanding of basic instructional-design or learning-design principles is an advantage.
• Experience using AI tools for research, content creation, or educational applications is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding both technical quality and educational accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to understand educational requirements and translate them into practical digital solutions.
• A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for experimenting with new technologies.

• Educational applications or EdTech platforms.
• Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Digital assessment and examination systems.

What You’ll Be Doing in Practice:

Your work may include activities such as:

• Working with educators to design an engaging online learning activity.
• Developing the functionality behind interactive exercises and assessments.
• Creating or integrating AI-powered educational features.
• Improving existing educational applications and introducing new functionality.
• Testing an application from both a technical and learner perspective.
• Helping determine how educational content can be presented in the most effective digital format.
• Researching new technologies that could improve the learning experience.
• Participating in the development of the next generation of Digipro's educational products.
