Working Hours: 08:00–13:00 & 14:00–17:00
Salary: €1200–€1600 gross/month depending on experience
Bonus: Bi-annual performance-based bonus

About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Learning & AI Curriculum Specialist to join our team in Paphos and contribute to the ongoing development of FUNecole®, our digital education platform.
This is a varied role at the intersection of education, technology and Artificial Intelligence, combining curriculum development, digital content management, internationalisation, AI-related research and internal technical support.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across different projects, learning quickly, taking ownership and turning ideas into practical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
● Review, edit and improve educational content on the FUNecole® platform.
● Create new learning materials, projects and assessments in:
Computer Science
Artificial Intelligence
Digital Literacy
Social Emotional Learning
● Upload, organise and maintain educational materials on the platform.
● Support the internationalisation and localisation of FUNecole®, adapting content for different markets and audiences.
● Contribute to work related to the EU AI Act, responsible AI and AI literacy, including research, documentation and educational content.
● Review and prepare materials for professional seminars, presentations and training programmes.
● Take on adjacent responsibility to their work and assist the company according to their knowledge and background.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is curious, organised, adaptable and technologically confident, with an interest in education and emerging technologies.
The ideal candidate should have:
● Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
● Strong writing, editing and communication skills.
● A good understanding of technology and confidence in learning new digital tools.
● Interest in Computer Science, AI, Digital Literacy and education.
● Strong research and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
● Ability to manage several projects and changing priorities at the same time.
● Resourcefulness and confidence working in situations where the solution may not always be clearly defined.
● Patience and good communication skills when supporting colleagues with technical issues.
Experience in education, curriculum development, EdTech, AI, online learning, localisation or IT support would be considered an advantage, but candidates are not expected to be experts in every area.
