Job Description

Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in Paphos Imperial Island Resort as the Porter and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

·         Greeting and welcoming guests at the hotel.

·         Assisting guests with their luggage.

·         Escorting guests to their rooms and providing information on room and hotel amenities.

·         Responding to guest requests for information and assistance.

·         Delivering messages and packages to guests.

·         Coordinating transportation and other services for guests.

·         Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel lobby and entrance.

·         Handling guest complaints or issues aiming to have them resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Job Requirements:

·         High school graduate.

·         Previous experience as a hotel Porter will be considered as an advantage.

·         Excellent command of the Greek and English language, both verbal and written.

·         Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations and provide positive experience for guests.

·         Ability to identify problems and come up with creative solutions to solve them.

·         EU nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
