We are accepting applications for the role of Primary School Principal / Vice Principal. Depending on the successful candidate’s leadership background and experience:
Direct Principal Appointment: Experienced Primary Principals may step directly into full operational leadership under directors' guidance.
Vice Principal with Pathway: High-calibre leaders stepping up will begin as Vice Principal with a structured 1-year transition and mentorship path into the Primary Principal role.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership: Direct the delivery of the Cambridge Primary curriculum, monitor teaching standards, and drive staff professional development.
School Management: Oversee daily primary school operations, administrative policies, and student achievement tracking.
Student Wellbeing & Safeguarding: Maintain high standards for student safety, welfare, behaviour, and regulatory compliance.
Community & Culture: Build strong, collaborative relationships with teaching staff, parents, and the broader school community.
Strategic Growth: Work alongside senior school management to shape the ongoing growth and excellence of the primary school.
Requirements & Qualifications
Academic Credentials: Recognised Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education / Pedagogy (or equivalent degree recognised by KYSATS).
Ministry Compliance: Fully eligible for registration with the Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth of Cyprus for primary teaching/leadership.
Teaching & Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of primary education experience. Prior experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or Head of Department in an international school is highly desirable.
Curriculum Knowledge: Experience with the Cambridge International Primary Curriculum is a strong advantage.
Clearances: Clean criminal record certificate and full child protection / safeguarding clearances.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Working Hours: 07:30 to 15:30
