Private Meal Prep Chef
Job Description
Biotrofi — Cyprus's leading private chef service — is expanding its freelance network and we are looking for experienced meal prep chefs to join our growing team across four cities.
This is a part-time, flexible role perfect for chefs who want consistent weekly income without a full-time commitment. You will work just 6–8 hours per week per client, visiting them at home to batch-cook and prepare their weekly meals — and with the highest meal prep rates in Cyprus, it is also one of the most rewarding part-time opportunities available on the island.
What you'll do:
- Visit clients on a regular weekly basis for dedicated 6–8 hour meal prep sessions
- Plan and prepare a full week's worth of meals tailored to each client's dietary preferences and health goals
- Handle ingredient planning, portioning, labelling and proper storage
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety throughout
- Build trusted, ongoing relationships with your regular weekly clients
- Communicate with the Biotrofi team to ensure client satisfaction at all times
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a professional kitchen, as a private chef or personal chef
- Organised, efficient and confident working independently within a set timeframe
- Knowledge of nutrition-focused cooking, batch cooking and meal planning
- Ability to accommodate dietary requirements including vegan, gluten-free and allergen-specific needs
- Friendly, trustworthy and professional when working in client homes
- Own transport preferred
- Available on a consistent weekly schedule
