Your Impact

As a member of the Product Management Unit, you will contribute to the design, development, and continuous enhancement of the company's products and technology platforms. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Advisory, Risk, and Technical Support teams, you will help deliver innovative, scalable, and customer-focused solutions that drive business value.

What your week will look like:

• Product Development: Supporting the definition of product requirements, preparing product documentation, and maintaining feature specifications.
• Product Evolution: Collaborating with Product Managers and technical teams to design, develop, and continuously improve digital products and platforms.
• Performance Monitoring: Collecting and analyzing product metrics, user feedback, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Innovation: Identifying emerging technologies, new product opportunities, and feature enhancements aligned with market trends and business strategy.
• Technical Quality: Supporting system architecture implementation, documentation, testing practices, and alignment with security and regulatory requirements.
• Product Reporting: Preparing reports, dashboards, and documentation to support product performance monitoring and management decision-making.

Who You Are

You are analytical, curious, and passionate about building technology products that solve real business problems. You enjoy working in collaborative environments and continuously seek opportunities to improve products, processes, and customer experience.

• Basic understanding of Product Management principles and product lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of modern technologies, data platforms, APIs, and digital products.
• Understanding of user experience concepts and customer-centric product development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret product data and user feedback.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of security, data protection, and regulatory requirements is considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Greek will be considered an advantage.
