Job description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Interface Lead – Manufacturing & Site Operations to coordinate the interface between factory production and on-site installation teams.
This role ensures seamless alignment between manufacturing schedules, logistics, and site readiness to support the successful delivery of smart infrastructure shelters. Acting as the key link between factory and site operations, the Project Interface Lead drives planning execution, maintains clear communication, and ensures projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities between factory production and site installation teams
- Align manufacturing schedules with delivery timelines and site readiness
- Lead regular coordination meetings and ensure clear communication across teams
- Monitor progress of production, logistics, and installation against project milestones
- Support planning implementation and ensure smooth operational sequencing
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate critical challenges when needed
- Ensure products meet quality standards before delivery and installation
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and disciplined project execution
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, or project coordination
- Proven experience coordinating multiple teams (production, logistics, site operations)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage planning, execution, and operational alignment effectively
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and delivery focus
