Goldmount Projects is looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join our growing team in Limassol and help deliver premium residential, commercial, renovation and restoration projects across Cyprus.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a background in civil engineering, quantity surveying, architecture or construction project management who enjoys coordinating people, solving problems, managing timelines and seeing high-quality projects come to life.

About the Role
As Project Manager, you will support the successful delivery of projects from concept through completion. You will work closely with senior management and coordinate the day-to-day progress of construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards, documentation and stakeholders are properly managed.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate construction projects across all phases.
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules and project documentation.
• Monitor contractors, subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
• Support procurement, budgeting, contract administration and cost control.
• Track project timelines and identify risks before they become issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, engineers and suppliers.
• Prepare project reports, updates and technical documentation.
• Ensure work is delivered to high standards of quality, safety and professionalism.
Requirements
• Degree or professional background in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in construction, project management, quantity surveying, architecture or site coordination.
• Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, site operations and project delivery.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.
• Fluency in English.
• Valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel within Cyprus when required.
Nice to Have
• Greek language skills.
• Experience with luxury residential, hospitality, commercial or restoration projects.
• Experience in Cyprus or European construction markets.
• Familiarity with budgeting, procurement and contract administration.
