Job Description

We may consider both junior or senior lawyers.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Experience in immigration procedures & property purchase procedures (At least one year of work experience in a similar position)
• Knowledge of other legal practice areas will be an advantage
• Good communication skills / dealing with new clients

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assistance in immigration projects ,dealing with clients, from initial request until the whole procedure is done
• Property Transactions Legal Procedures : Prepare, execute, process and/or review documents (contracts, applications, etc.)
• Handling all aspects of Cyprus Immigration applications –BFU employees and family members, Temporary Residence Permit, Yellow Slip, PR, Citizenship applications,
• Drafting and/or reviewing sale agreements, power of attorneys, and any other legal documents.
• To be able to advice clients about relocation to cyprus
