CareerFinders, on behalf of a client, a dynamic and long-established Law Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Immigration & Real Estate Lawyer join their growing team based in Limassol. As an Immigration & Real Estate Lawyer, you will support a diverse portfolio of clients, managing immigration and property-related matters. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Law, who are full members of the Cyprus Bar Association. You will need to possess 3+ years of experience in immigration and/or real estate law, with strong drafting, organisational, and analytical skills. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience, which includes 13th salary, Provident Fund, an early Friday finish, and flexible working hours.
 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Provide legal support in immigration and real estate matters.
• Manage and monitor ongoing cases to ensure timely and efficient completion.
• Liaise with clients, banks, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including sale agreements, rental and management agreements, powers of attorney, and related documentation.
• Prepare and submit applications and supporting documentation to relevant authorities.
• Represent clients before the Land Registry Offices and other governmental authorities across Cyprus.
• Handle all aspects of Cyprus immigration procedures, including residence permits, family reunification, permanent residency, and citizenship applications.
• Provide continuous updates and professional guidance to clients throughout each stage of the process.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

• LLB (Bachelor of Laws).
• LLM (Master of Laws) or relevant specialization in Real Estate, Immigration, or related field will be considered an advantage.
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in immigration and/or real estate law.
• Strong drafting, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Greek.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, and other standard office software).
