Job Description

DANOS is seeking a Registered Valuer to join our Valuations Team in Nicosia.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential assets across Cyprus while contributing to the continued growth of our valuation services.

Areas of Work

• Commercial investment properties
• Residential developments
• Mixed-use projects
• Operational assets
• Development appraisals

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare valuations for financial reporting, loan security, and other valuation purposes in accordance with RICS standards
• Conduct property inspections and market research
• Analyse comparable evidence and market trends
• Review leases, development agreements, and trading information
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Support major valuation assignments and client reporting
• Contribute to the growth and strategic development of the department

Requirements

• ETEK Registered Valuer
• Commercial and residential valuation experience
• Excellent knowledge of local market conditions and legislation
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Full driving licence with willingness to travel across Cyprus
