As our Purchase Manager, you will be responsible for the full procurement cycle — from sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to ensuring customer orders are correctly processed and ready for delivery. You will work closely with our internal teams to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What You Will Be Doing
Manage all purchasing and procurement activities
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers
Monitor stock levels and forecast purchasing needs
Maintain accurate purchase records using SOFT1 ERP
Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and operations teams
Handle customer orders when ready for delivery and ensure timely dispatch
Communicate with customers and logistics to confirm delivery schedules
Resolve any order or supply issues quickly and professionally
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in purchasing or procurement
Fluency in Greek and English — mandatory
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
Experience with SOFT1 software is a significant advantage
