At PHC Franchised Restaurants Public Ltd, we value innovation, teamwork, passion for great food and drive for results. We are looking for Purchasing and Logistics Officer to join our team:

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and manage the ordering process to avoid shortages/overstock situations.
• Monitor stock levels and follow up with orders.
• Update and maintaining records of all orders, payments and received stock.
• Prepare weekly and monthly stocks / sales reports.
• Deal with the matters in warehouse / distribution centres and physical stock
• Communicate with suppliers in order to ensure continuity of supply and keep the stock within limits.
• Ensure that all invoices are delivered in time to the financial department.
• Requesting quotations from various forwarders based on purchase requisitions.

 

Qualifications:

• BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Excellent computer skills with advanced excel knowledge.
• Possess 2-3 years of relevant experience preferably in food industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication of both Greek and English language.
• Understanding of supply chain procedures.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One software will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
