Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Coordinator to support and enhance the overall quality and performance standards of our five-star resort - Radisson Beach Resort Larnaca. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement within a luxury hospitality environment.

 

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all hotel operations align with Radisson brand standards, while also coordinating and maintaining the hotel’s certified management systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support the implementation of Radisson brand standards across all departments
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and audits in all operational areas
  • Coordinate and maintain hotel management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and Green Key
  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and follow-up of corrective actions
  • Work closely with department heads to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyze guest feedback and operational data to identify areas for enhancement
  • Support training and awareness related to quality standards and procedures
  • Prepare reports and provide insights on quality performance to management
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Hotel Manager, with a focus on improving quality, efficiency, and overall performance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment
  • Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO standards and sustainability certifications (e.g. Green Key)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple departments
  • Fluency in English, additional languages will be considered an advantage
  • Certification by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA) will be consider an advantage
