Quality Assurance Officer
Job Description
The Quality Assurance Officer plays a key role in ensuring that the Quality Management System is effectively maintained and continuously improved in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable regulatory requirements. The position is responsible for supporting quality assurance activities, including product quality reviews, deviation investigations, CAPA monitoring, audits, document management, and GMP training, while promoting a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
A challenging task
- Ensure compliance with and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable regulatory requirements
- Compile Product Quality Reviews for medicinal products, including assessment of ongoing process verification data
- Investigate deviations, and support monitoring of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and other quality management activities
- Participate in internal audits, supplier audits, and regulatory inspections
- Assist in the preparation, review, approval, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other quality documents
- Support GMP training programs and promote quality awareness across departments
- Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant QA documentation and quality records
A convincing Background
- University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering or relevant scientific degree.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience will be considered an asset, but it is not mandatory.
- Fluency in English language.
- Computer literacy.
