Job Description

EL SAYED CONSTRUCTIONS LTD, a dynamic and continuously growing construction company, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to actively participate in all phases of the tendering and construction cycle, from bid preparation to final project accounts.

Responsible for managing all aspects of project cost control throughout the construction cycle, including preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, tenders, contracts, interim valuations, and final accounts. The role involves monitoring project budgets, processing subcontractor payments, and managing variations and change orders. Coordinates closely with site teams, architects, consultants, and suppliers to ensure accurate financial control and successful project delivery.
