Job Description

A dynamic real estate agency based in Tomb of the kings - Paphos is seeking for an experienced Real Estate Agent.

Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
Conduct market research to identify properties for sale or rent and stay up to date on industry trends.
Show properties to the clients, highlighting key features and addressing any questions or concerns.
Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution until the signing of the contract.
Execute any documentation needed for the onboarding of the property.

Requirements

Very good command of the English language.
High school leaving certificate. A university degree, preferably in a field related to Real Estate,is a plus.
Hebrew, German, or Polish language is an advantage.
