A dynamic real estate agency based in Tomb of the kings - Paphos is seeking for an experienced Real Estate Agent.

Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
• Conduct market research to identify properties for sale or rent and stay up to date on industry trends.
• Show properties to the clients, highlighting key features and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution until the signing of the contract.
• Execute any documentation needed for the onboarding of the property.

Requirements

• Very good command of the English language.
• High school leaving certificate. A university degree, preferably in a field related to Real Estate,is a plus.
• Hebrew, German, or Polish language is an advantage.
