Job Description: We are seeking motivated Real Estate Consultants that will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Finding properties for sale or rent in Limassol, create and manage listing in the CRM database system
Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants
Manage client relationships and provide personalized support throughout the process
Stay updated on local property market trends and values
Building a network of partners and associates
Ability to work remotely
Requirements:
Knowledge of the real estate market in Limassol
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Self-motivated and ability to work independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to build and work with personal network, developers and private clients
Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus)
Own vehicle and driving license
