Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lawyer to support a wide range of legal matters, with a focus on corporate law and real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling diverse legal processes efficiently and providing clear, practical guidance to clients, particularly foreign investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle corporate legal matters, including company formation, structuring, and compliance
• Oversee real estate transactions, including due diligence and drafting of agreements
• Complete forms and draft letters, resolutions, legal documents, and agreements
• Oversee the closing of corporate transactions
• Study and provide legal opinions on Cyprus law
• Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with applicable Cyprus laws and regulations
• Maintain compliance with KYC/AML requirements and ensure accurate record-keeping in internal databases

Requirements

• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate and real estate law
• Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken)
• Experience working with international clients
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills, with the ability to produce robust contracts and agreements
