Job Description

Seeking an organized Receptionist for a full time (09:00 – 17:00) to provide the following support

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls from the main switchboard and welcome visitors.
• Handle externals jobs
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers
• Maintain/inserting records in a company’s software.  (scanning and registering)
• Assist with basic office tasks and team support

• Assist with invoice first registration

   

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of English language
• Good communication skills
• Organized, responsible, and professional
• Previous experience is a plus
