QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year in similar position
- Knowledge of computer
- Languages: At least English
- Ability to communicate with people
- Be polite
- Able to work under pressure
- Have a friendly and pleasant personality
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Procedure of check in and check out of guests
- Handle guests complaints and requests
- Communicate correctly information to all departments
- Handle guests' and staffs' calls and messages
- Completes additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department
