Job Description
The ideal candidate is polite, enthusiastic, and responsible, with a strong team spirit and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Serve guests by greeting and welcoming them appropriately
- Notify Clinic personnel of visitor arrival
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
- Maintain security by following procedures and telecommunication system
- Undertake general office duties including filing and receiving parcels
- Provide assistance to the management with regard to operational tasks of the Clinic
- Provide support among team members by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
- Provide general administrative support
- Ensure the smooth running of the reception area, as well as a comfortable and pleasant environment
Requirements:
- Excellent fluency in Greek and English
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service position
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Great interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Russian language will be considered an advantage
