Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest reservations and inquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Ensure smooth communication between guests and other hotel departments.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.
- Address guest concerns or requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Fluency in Russian is considered a strong advantage; knowledge of any additional language is a plus.
