Job Description
- Hotel Customer Service
- Welcoming guests and facilitating guest Check-in/Check-out/Payments
- Dealing with customer queries/requests and resolving complaints
- Daily administration including receiving and registering reservations & updating the company's mailing database & PMS system
- Taking initiatives and active responsibility for the efficient operation of the front office
- Acting as a night shift guard
- Fluent in Greek and English. More language(s) such as Russian, French, German or Hebrew will be considered and extra skill.
