At PHC Franchised Restaurants Public Ltd, we value innovation, teamwork, passion for great food and drive for results. We are looking for Recruiter & On Boarding Officer to join our team. 

 

As a Recruiter & On Boarding Officer, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and on boarding of new employees, supporting the business by attracting, engaging, and hiring talent that aligns with our culture and operational needs. You will work closely with Department Heads and HR Team, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across all roles, from job briefing and sourcing to offer, onboarding and induction.

• Proactively source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, InMail, job boards and referrals.

• Partner with Department Heads to understand hiring needs, priorities, timelines and onboarding requirements.

• Ensure a smooth, professional and engaging experience from first contact through onboarding.

• Coordinate and conduct interviews, assess candidates, and support hiring managers in selection decisions.

• Track recruitment and onboarding metrics and provide regular pipeline and status updates.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing, headhunting, and InMail campaigns

• At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume or multi-role environments.

• Proven experience in holistic / end-to-end recruitment across different position levels.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Knowledge of HRIS and applicant tracking systems will be considered an advantage.

• Results-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
