Avis Budget Rent A Car is currently seeking to recruit Rental Agents to join our teams at the Larnaca and Paphos airport desks.

The Rental Agents will be responsible for assisting customers with renting cars, managing reservations and providing exceptional customer service.

 

Responsibilities

• Greet customers provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage rental reservations and ensure accuracy of information.
• Assist customers with rental car selection.
• Explain rental policies, terms and conditions to customers.
• Process rental agreements and collect payments.
• Provide directions and answer customer’s questions.
• Upsell additional products and services as appropriate.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized rental desk area.

Requirements

• Excellent command of the English language, other languages is a plus.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work a flexible days and hours.
