We are seeking a Rental Fleet Coordinator responsible for ensuring that our fleet is prepared, clean, and ready for rental in line with company standards and procedures.
The role involves coordinating vehicle availability, supporting daily scheduling, and ensuring vehicles are delivered on time to meet customer needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is looking to grow their career in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00-17:30 ,
Wednesday 8:00-14:00 and Saturday 8:00-13:00 including lunch breaks
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle readiness checks and inspection checklists
- Ensure vehicles are clean, serviced, and presented to company standards
- Coordinate washing, detailing, mechanical servicing, and maintenance schedules
- Confirm vehicle deliveries and collections at designated locations
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal departments
- Liaise with the service appointments schedule to follow instructions
- Support rental handovers and ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate operational records and reporting
Requirements
