Job Description

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the short-term rental industry, a strong understanding of online booking platforms, and a proven ability to convert guest inquiries into confirmed reservations.

As a member of the Ezoria Rentals & Reservations team, you will contribute in three significant ways:

• Handle rental inquiries professionally and efficiently, maximizing inquiry-to-booking conversion and driving reservations.
• Maintain and optimize property listings across booking platforms and our website to improve visibility, marketability, and rental performance.
• Work closely with the reservations and operations teams to ensure accurate booking management, smooth communication, and an excellent guest experience.

The Opportunity

• Receive and respond to rental inquiries from potential guests via phone, email, booking platforms, and other communication channels.
• Understand prospective guests' needs, recommend suitable properties, and actively follow up on inquiries to convert them into confirmed reservations.
• Prepare accurate quotations, communicate booking conditions, and guide guests through the reservation process.
• Manage reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and related guest correspondence.
• Maintain, update, and optimize property listings on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), including Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and our own ezoria.com website.
• Ensure property descriptions, photographs, rates, availability, and booking conditions are accurate and presented effectively.
• Monitor property rental performance and contribute ideas to improve occupancy, booking conversion, and revenue.
• Identify opportunities to increase direct bookings through our website.
• Work confidently with property management systems, channel managers, and other reservations-related technologies.
• Coordinate with the operations and guest services teams regarding upcoming arrivals, special requests, and booking-related matters.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in rate quotations, discounts, reservation records, and guest communication.
• Manage daily correspondence and assigned tasks efficiently, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
• Provide professional, friendly, and helpful service to guests, property owners, and business partners.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve reservations procedures and overall performance.

Who We Look For

• Previous experience in short-term rentals, holiday villa reservations, or vacation rental management is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in handling rental inquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings.
• Good knowledge of online booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo.
• Experience using property management systems (PMS) and channel managers.
• Strong sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify booking opportunities, follow up with potential guests, and achieve conversion targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to grammar and professional correspondence.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of inquiries and reservations.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly regarding pricing, availability, booking conditions, and reservation accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, positive, and flexible attitude with a genuine interest in hospitality and the short-term rental industry.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the company's growth.

Working Schedule & Benefits

• Sunday is a fixed day off, with the second day off rotating between Monday and Friday.
