Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high-quality guest service.
• Manage, train, and coordinate front-of-house staff.
• Handle reservations, guest feedback, and resolve any operational issues.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and suppliers to ensure smooth service.
• Manage daily cash flow, billing, and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a Restaurant Administrator, Supervisor, or similar role (mandatory).
• Excellent command of both English and Greek (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
• Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant POS systems.
