Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and other beverages according to KHŌRA standards
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests at the bar and throughout the restaurant
• Take accurate beverage orders and ensure drinks are prepared and served promptly
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the drinks menu, cocktails, wines, spirits, and specials
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all beverages
• Maintain the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
• Prepare the bar before service and complete closing duties efficiently
• Monitor stock levels and inform management of any shortages or requirements
• Minimize waste and ensure responsible use of bar products
• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage service
• European Citizenship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Good organizational skills and attention to cleanliness
