As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind an unforgettable dining experience — for both our guests and your team. Your day-to-day will include:
Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and ensure every guest leaves smiling.
Oversee all restaurant operations — from recruitment and training to smooth, efficient service and top-quality food.
Work strategically to meet financial targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hospitality.
Maintain full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations to keep guests and staff safe.
What You’ll Bring
3 years of management experience in a similar fast-paced hospitality or restaurant environment.
You love creating memorable moments and exceeding expectations.
Fluent in both Greek and English to easily connect with guests and your team.
You know how to build, motivate, and lead a high-performing team.
Confident in managing budgets, setting targets, and analyzing performance to drive success.
You thrive under pressure, juggle multiple priorities, and keep everything running smoothly.
