Job Description

VACANCY

Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at the Ivi Mare Hotel in Paphos as the Restaurant Manager and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

 

Main Responsibilities:

·         Oversee and manages all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

·         Ensure that the food served is of high quality, consistent with the restaurant's standards, and meets safety and hygiene guidelines.

·         Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively, resolving issues to ensure a positive dining experience.

·         Train, and motivates the team, to provide exceptional service experience.

·         Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the front and back of the house.

·         Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and oversees cleanliness, and HACCP procedure.

·         Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere in the restaurant, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.

Job Requirements:

·         A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager, or in a similar role.

·         A Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field will be considered as an advantage.

·         Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.

·         Exceptional guest service mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

·         Pleasant personality with exceptional communication and managerial skills, team player with strong problem-solving abilities.

·         Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

·         Proficiency in using MS Office as well as point-of-sale (POS) systems.

·         EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
