Domino’s Pizza Cyprus offers a competitive hourly salary with a Service Level Incentive Bonus and an 11% Holiday Fund.

Responsibilities

• Make sure that the Store operates with a productive and efficient manner in order to achieve the Company profitability goals
• Assist the Store Manager in the process of team building by obtaining, training and supporting new employees while conforming to DPC recruitment policy
• Able to correctly execute the financial and administrative tasks
• Ensure that Customer Service is maintained at a high level

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar position would be an advantage
• Good Knowledge of either Greek and/or English
• Previous management experience in the quick service restaurant industry is essential
• Willingness to carry out all functions within a store including all matters relating to pizza making, cleaning and unloading deliveries
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of up to 16 members
• Strong work ethic with a cheerful disposition and excellent communication skills
