Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee the performance and operational standards of our luxury retail network and existing partner accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support retail teams.
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement actions.
- Ensure exceptional client service.
- Audit luxury brand standards.
- Implement and monitor operational procedures.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
- Coordinate product launches and in-store activations.
- Manage and develop existing partner accounts.
- Conduct regular visits and provide clear reports and recommendations to the Director.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in luxury beauty, fragrance, fashion, hospitality or premium retail will be considered an advantage.
- Commercial, organisational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Valid driving licence.
