Job Description

Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a leading company in the fast moving consumer goods sector, is looking to recruit a Retail Supervisor (Nuts) for full-time employment across all cities in Cyprus.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily review of the company’s platform and communication with all store managers regarding product updates and training.
• Organize and implement merchandising across all stores.
• Plan weekly store visits, supporting teams with promotions, product training, customer issues, merchandising, and any operational matters.
• Prepare weekly staff schedules.
• Discuss KPIs and sales targets with all sales staff.
• Handle daily store and staff-related issues.
• Communicate with management on a daily basis.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in both Greek and English.
